The primary objective of the re-design was to build a new responsive website with a concentration on usability to meet their customer's needs, in both the residential and commercial sectors. The key design components for the gas utility web site, were navigation, functionality, appearance and relevance. In the end, we developed a responsive web site that was easy to navigate and simple to use, whether on a laptop, tablet or smart phone. In addition to focusing on a user friendly customer solution, we completely powered the back end administration with our North Star Content Management System making it super easy for Eastern Propane to manage all content on their new web site.
