Design & Construction
• Undertake, in concert with our client, the selection of the professional design team • Coordinate the programming, planning and design process to ensure that the proposed project meets budgetary and time constraints, while at the same time accomplishing the business intent • Carefully monitor the value engineering process • Establish schedules, budgets and prepare cash flow evaluations • Monitor and coordinate all submissions for zoning, planning approvals and building permits through applicable governing authorities and community boards • Review all documentation, supervise the bidding process and coordinate the selection of the construction team • Advise on the optimum contractual structure, procurement strategies and implement control mechanisms • Monitor the entire construction process, infrastructure build-out, interior fitout and equipment installations, to ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality objectives |
