Conceptual Analysis
• Assist with strategic planning, initial conceptual evaluations, business need analysis and demographic studies necessary to determine whether or not a real estate development project is even appropriate • Coordinate the needs assessment, operations assessment, programming and project definition to facilitate conceptual planning, scheduling and a viability analyses • Prepare development reviews for new projects or physical assessment evaluations of existing properties for purchase or financing |
